The Citadel, Mohamed Ali, Sultan hassan mosque & ibn tulun mosque

The Citadel that was build by Salah el Din in the 2nd Century and was the power for the following 700 year on the premises is the alabaster Mosque of Mohammed Ali one of the landmarks of Cairo who's Minaret can be sees from any part of the city
Mohammed Ali Mosque was built in Turkish style very similar to the Blue Mosque in Turkey.
Sultan Hassan Mosque: The building was constructed for Sultan Hassan Ibn Mohamed Ibn Qalawoun in 1256 AD as a mosque and religious school for all sects.
Ibn Tulun Mosque: It's the third mosque built in Islamic Egypt, it was completed in 878 AD by Al Amir: Ahmed Ibn Tulun.
