Pyramids: Located on the west bank of the Nile near Cairo. The Egyptian Pyramids the oldest and the only surviving member of the Ancient wonders. The 3 large and best preserved were build at the beginning of the kingdom and the Great Pyramids was build by Pharaoh Khufu in about 2600 B:C

 Sphinx: The body of a lion and the head of a king or god. The Sphinx has become a symbol of strength and wisdom.
